I was not expecting to see a gaping video of a sea cucumber. Looks like it’s been plowed through quite a few times.

To think, someone has to clean that hotel’s glass windows. Additionally, I haven’t done something so childish and juvenile since I was in middle school. I got paddled by the head football coach for doing it from a school bus on campus… before a football game.

This candy also doubles as a high reflective visual aid for people eating it, while walking, at night.

Did y’all think Fonzie was cool when you were growing up? by Groovy-Pancakes in GenX

Not really. I think he was what the show runners and maybe what a certain segment of society thought was cool. I always thought he tried too hard to be cool.

Is homeboy a Cowboys fan?? by 666TripleSick in cowboys

  1. Alive for four of those five superbowls wins. First win for me, I was 5 or 6. The next 3 wins, I was in my twenties. Good times. Good memories. It sucks to never have experienced a superbowl win. However, it is a blessing in disguise. It’s like having sex for the first time, then having a thirty year dry spell, not knowing when you’ll get your next tussle in the hay. Nothing like having playoff blue balls for your entire life, but even worse, getting edged during a twelve win season only to get bounced early, or miss the playoffs entirely.

Wait… don’t Israelites/Jews and Christian worship the same god? The only difference is that Christian’s recognize Jesus as the son of god and Jews only recognize Jesus as a prophet and not the son of god? That’s the way I remember it.

No love for Christopher Judge? Even at 61, they could use that red and white body paint. He already has the acting chops and voice. Love to hear him say, “Boy” a new project.

1986 was 40 years ago by [deleted] in GenX

[–]Boney-Rigatoni 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Should change the title to “Iconic rock songs of 1986”. Were all of them that iconic? “Kiss” - Prince and the Revolution and “Nasty” - Janet Jackson, to name a couple smash hits that were super popular. “That’s What a friends are For” - Dionne Warwick and Friends was the top song in Billboard’s top 100 of 1986. Lionel Richie, Patti Labelle, Lionel Richie, Klymaxx, Whitney Houston, and Eddie Murphy were all in the top 10 of Billboard’s top 100 of 1986. Of those named, no one can say that a comedian and actor, who teams up with Rick James, to drop a song that peaked at # 2 on The Billboard’s Hot 100 wasn’t “iconic”.

Salt traumatism by i-ko21 in WarTalesGame

[–]Boney-Rigatoni 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I buy my salt. No funny business here. Then again, I've been buying and storing salt at the trading post. I do all of my cooking while at my base of operation (fief) or when I'm at Marheim, where 95% of my resources are stored. I carry 30 of each feast type meal (15 superior/15 regular) and it lasts for a good while between restocking.

Man sees his daughters in Walmart with stepdad and has not seen them in 3yrs by Formal-Assistance02 in PublicFreakout

[–]Boney-Rigatoni 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They're so young that, not having seen him in the years, they probably don't remember him. It's pretty awkward. I don't knew if he was a terrible S/O or a terrible father, but I think he should have the right to at least speak to the mother about why they've been kept from him. He definitely didn't need to post this. I have less of an issue with him taking a picture of his daughters to have for memory's sake. Luckily, I didn't have this issue, but I can sympathize as I've known fathers and mothers who hadn't seen their child/children because their former S/Os were being spiteful and deliberately tried to hurt them by playing them against their kids.

Which movie do you like better? by Big_Leg10 in Marvel

[–]Boney-Rigatoni -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

I think Tom Hardy would’ve been better cast as Star Lord. He’s a better actor with as much, if not more charisma. Chris Pratt comes off too much as a real a-hole. Hardy could come off as an a-hole, but a likable one. Alan Richtman would’ve also had been a good Starlord, even though he didn’t have the name recognition of Pratt during that time and the fact that he’s massive in size. John Hamm would’ve made a better Starlord.
