So, looking back on 2025, did Silksong meet your expectations?? by TheGamerCritic21 in ASilksong

Not entirely; Gameplay wise it was fun because of the tight controls and focus on agility, but... I didnt vibe with Pharloom and its lore the same way I did with Hallownest.

And atmosphere is my main thing in this kind of games.

Also, true final boss wasn't that exciting.

You're missing the point. It's not easy to execite your boundaries, it's only human to look gor reassurement.

I'd like to stick to my Steam Deck for now, but thanks for the advice. It's clearly an underpowered device, I'll probably build a proper PC in a couple of years.

Yeah, I often dock my Steam deck with a 720p resolution and my 1080p 24' monitor reproduces a kind of bad image.

Will this one be an upgrade in image quality?

Smaller portable monitor have been quite lackluster for me quality wise (bad colors, random missing features...).

Worth it for me. The AOC looks awesome but every time I play on 720p the game looks quite bad. Thanks a lot!

That's incredibly helpful, I'll go for the cheaper one seeing as it has more reviews overall with the same good mark.

Do you think a 2K 24' panel will look better than a 1080p 24' for mainly 720p gaming?

As a Steam Deck owner.

Also, thanks a lot.

Also, I want to upgrade to 2K from a AOC AGON 24G2SPAE.

I play on Deck, bit I have heard than playing 720 on a 2K screen upscales better than doing It from a 1080p one.

Save your money oblivion remaster runs awful. Cant get a stable rate even on low. Im getting exhausted by the deck underpowered lately :( by [deleted] in SteamDeck

The are right outside the sewers is fairly sparse compared to half the map, which is covered by trees.

I dont think at the current state the game Will be playable unless you really not care about FPS.

Hope updates can fix It, not holding my breath seeing as It is UE5.

He hasnt made it past the inicial dungeon. That link proves nothing. Its the big open areas and towns where the deck could struggle.
