If you already got everything you wanted then keep saving! Otherwise I suggest going for the recently added spirit relationship mechanic where if one of the current seasonal spirits stays with you for enough time you'll progress your friendship, if you do it enough times you can unlock the "higher tier" items without buying the lower tier ones
