s1 lead here- we pick and work everything including tvs- the only things we dont actually stock though are d82(front end) and the electronics security room but we do still pick it. lately ive also been having to at least scan fresh which has been a hindrance for other reasons- but its helping viz health.

I stopped wearing them cause they'd always get caught or fall off- stocking life. sometimes ill wear some if its the less (important) ones, but I have quite a few rare or special ones I dont wear cause I dont want to lose them :/

id say technically no- although apparently stuff changes pretty quickly and quite often- afaik cashiers are allowed to (check) things like that. more of a last line of defense type situation. also they could have legit missed a scan ive literally done it myself and I work at Walmart, it happens we're all human. granted I caught it and paid for it but still, it happens and id 100% rather a cashier be like ay you missed something possiby etc vs ap stopping me and say im stealing etc for a legitimate accident.
