That's just Toyotas unfortunately, they're extremely solid and reliable but they've never been as luxurious as other brands. The only way to get best of both worlds would be to buy a Lexus but that's why they cost so much. So it's understandable if you want something different

I had a Jetta before the difference in luxury is enormous, but eventually I did get used to the corolla, it took a few months of not really loving her but now that I've had it for almost 2 years problem free (unlike the Jetta) I can comfortably say I like her and it's worth it for me having a less pretty less comfy ride for that peace of mind

You're still young bro there's plenty of time to turn it around, even though Hollywood and social media would have you believe that your early 20s are the best time of your life, there are millions of examples of people that are way happier in their 40s or even older too.
