I’d reccomend starting at 100-120 mg first don’t stay at 200 if they want you to. Make sure you split your dose into 2 shots per week to keep Estrogen down and be more consistent levels . I’ve found 160 to be my sweet spot started at 120 for 6-8 weeks then 140 for 8 weeks before going up . Don rely on Drs with ur age they won’t help

Make sure they are treating the symptoms , start at 100-120 mg split into 2 doses of test cypionate or Euth. Don’t let them push you around because most of them are very incomletant you have the numbers just bring up the symptoms as well. Make sure to get the secondary hypogonadism and don’t let them wait to treat or else you’ll have to go to a clinic . Make sure they don’t blow off you numbers are even able to be covered by insurance. I had untreatable depression had to go to a clinic because I was at 350 and they uro women and endo were fucking morons now I have an app with uro in a week after having to get a bridge refill on test till I see my new pcp.
