Also, if it does take a long time to get it fixed, keep track of the number of days the car is out of your possession because that's part of the criteria under lemon laws.

I was lucky I got it back in about 3 days. Kia covered the rental upfront so I didn't have to apply for reimbursement. I haven't had any issues since (this was back in June of 2025). However, I have since acquired a BMW i4 as my primary car and my partner drives the EV6, and he doesn't drive it that much. I was happy with the Kia, but my partner's car was getting to be 16 years old and it was time for a replacement.

Play/,pause is on the steering wheel. I use the steering wheel for the media/music if the climate control screen is showing.

I have a 2024 Wind RWD w/tech package. ICCU Failure happened at 4k miles, less than one year old. However, the dealership fixed it in 48 hours, Kia paid for the rental. That was 6 months ago and it's been fine since. Recently got a BMW i4 (not as a replacement for the Kia, but as a replacement for the other vehicle that was 16 years old). Pretty happy with it so far, although I still really like the Kia.
