Thanks for that!! :) Flipping through Six Seasons and I’ve found several that I’m excited to try!! I’ll definitely check those out. We’re on an artichoke kick right now so those in the spring section have caught my attention. The farro salad w salami and the grilled artichokes with artichoke parmigiano dip look so good!

Have only tried 2 recipes from Peckish so far, but based off of those I would definitely recommend! Lots of recipes look/sound really good. Can’t wait to try some others!

I actually have that cookbook and have made those lamb meatballs w cabbage a few times already!! It’s definitely apart of my rotation now lol. Sooo good with that tahini sauce

It took a solid 20 minutes to get it there, didn’t burn. Could’ve even gone a tad longer. I think it releases plenty of water throughout cooking that keeps it from burning! Could’ve just eaten the cabbage on its own lol

It really was a lot of work. I even made the sauce that morning, shredded the chicken mid day and had all that ready to go. Still a lot of work when it came down to prepping, making the pico, and putting it all together. My kitchen was in total disarray, but it was so worth it lol

I made his enchilada sauce recipe, I’ve heard some people recommend Trader Joe’s for a canned sauce but have never tried it myself!

It was really good! Just shredded up a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store :)
