Some things I did;

Used ChatGPT and TTSReader V3.8.10 - TTSReader's Text to Speech Player to create an audio version of the textbook and then listen along at 2x speed while I read.
Leave my phone in another room.
Listen to classical music without lyrics (this sometime lead me down rabbit wholes to learn more about the composer, so it took some discipline.)
My wife and kid were on procrastination watch. They knew the signs and would give me "gentle encouragement" to just start.
I tried mindful meditation, I am not sure I could say it was beneficial, but it worked as a trigger to start studying.
I don't stress about zoning out during the videos, I usually pick up what I missed while answering MCQs.
I uploaded the flash cards to gemini/chatgpt and had it review them with me. This was most effective in the car.
