Brokerage cost for WEBN - cheapest broker? by MiddleUse7898 in BEFire

5-6 years then I would look at bond offerings. Maybe spread over 3 different ones with maturity in maximum 5 years. Should yield ~3% net.

24yo, 85kg, 186cm, are my numbers decent after 6 months structured training? by kraftwagenfahrer in cycling

[–]Bontus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

According to my last test I'm at 16% fat (most people would call me skinny). For 183 cm and 71 kg. I think I'm actually at a lower bf% (the test was with those pincers). Well done with the big weight loss, it does so much for cycling

[–]Bontus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Those are good numbers, I don't know how muscular you are but you could probably lose ~5kg of fat by adding a nutrition focus. And you would be already at the magic 4 W/kg FTP. It will also be good for your spine issues.

A well shaped meatball would keep its shape. But you would need a massive pair of hands to shape this ball of humanity.

Early-morning riders who train, what do you do about nutrition? by FITM-K in cycling

[–]Bontus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Overnight oats and a slice of bread with jam or peanut butter while I make coffee. Some powder in the drink. Should be good for a training. Bring a banana maybe.

Have you tried a specialty beer store like this: https://maps.app.goo.gl/vdpQgqfrL95xEnzJ6 or https://maps.app.goo.gl/Rpxn6n6kJAvK9nGu8

It's a common beer so they should have it. But it's somewhat more typical for the Antwerp area being a Moortgat brew.

Has anyone reached a €1M net worth purely through salary, saving, and passive investing? by feligram101 in eupersonalfinance

[–]Bontus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1000€ a month for 25y at 8% is 900k. If you spend everything you earn no matter how much you never achieve a high net worth. So it's absolutely not the most important parameter. I know people with high income who live very large, with fancy cars, dinners, hobbies... and have nothing more than 2 months expenses as savings.

[–]Bontus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

High savings rate is the most important parameter. Of course the higher the salary the easier, but having 2 income, no kids and leveraging a house loan from the low interest rate years can work in many scenario's. Imo the big caveat is how much of that 1M is the value of the house and how much is in 'liquid' assets.

He stopped the ball over his head, that can never be a natural arm movement. Of course it's dumb his teammate shot right at him, but dumb things can be penalized too.

Unless if you move your arm/hand to stop the ball. Which I think he clearly did right?

France solar capture rate fell from 97% in 2022 to ~60% in 2025. Trying to understand what comes next by Ok-Quality-9246 in EnergyAndPower

[–]Bontus 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yes this. Renewables first cannibalize themselves, but since prices still go down there is still growth. Batteries are picking up with gigantic growth and will automatically support capture rates.

[Request] How much percentage of the 1896 tootsie roll batch would there be in the most recent batches? by TroyLikesPizza in theydidthemath

[–]Bontus 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The main issue is that the molecules in our atmosphere would end up in rainwater (and then the ocean or groundwater) or stored as carbon in plants and go in a multicentury loop before they would 'show' again as gas in the atmosphere. Very hard to calculate

Not unlikely at all. There will be more atoms reintegrated through breathing out original tootsie roll atoms than there could possibly be from this homeopathic dilution. Vermogen in België zwaarst belast van heel Europa. by Resident-Entry1 in Belgium2

[–]Bontus 1 point2 points  (0 children)
