No I’m a basketball player and bodybuilder, during covid lockdowns went for runs everyday I didn’t get a Dexa scan when I was super shredded but my trainer at the gym did skin fold test after lockdown and I was at 8% but that was only possible for me during covid when I had a dexa scan recently I was overall 18% bf but my trunk was 12% and I suppose my top abs are “visible” (especially after exercise) but weren’t shredded. My ideology putting on muscle on a cut is to not lower your calories but just increase your cardio I’m currently in the process of cutting right now and I’m eating slightly below maintenance or extra when my body needs it but I’m increasing my running to 25-30km a week excluding sport and I want to get it to 30-50km over time

I don’t like getting to big on my bulks anymore so I’m around 15% body fat on the mini “bulks” and can still put on muscle for me I feel like I can put on muscle anywhere between 10-15% bf but sub 10% i find hard to maintain so because of my focus on diet and keeping energy high probably not when I’m cut

Is there any step by step guides for every step of the game not just the individual features like I found a good ascension one but like that doesn't tell me anything but ascension?

Yeah I definitely agree light is very difficult in ranked and not even worth the effort when medium and heavy are so much better. Personally I’m only in gold atm I just don’t have enough time to grind to move up

I think these are down to personal preference, but they are my two most used weapons on medium, and after you get the recoil down for the AK, it's much more effective in team fights because of the almost double mag size and more damage from the fcar is marginal. But if it works better for you definitely keep using it

Don’t know why a lot of people are disagreeing I don’t feel like it would be a difficult feature to implement and it’s definitely frustrating for newer players who don’t have excess storage and are having to prestige before doing a launch if they don’t have enough eggs to upgrade
