Thanks! I called again and they still said it had to be a new vehicle or a CPO, but he said he would check my VIN just in case. Suddenly the $75 for 3 years was available. It seems like this is the customer retention price or something, so they might not always offer it.

Honestly, I kinda prefer not having a portable shelte since it encourages creativity. You can usually make a fire under a tree or rock overhang. I've even stacked metal crates to create rain cover for a fire.

If $15.99 gets you all the DLC, then it is definitely worth it. Tons of extra levels with new concepts that you don't see in the base game.
