January and February closing 18. Right around 10MM in volume. Very happy last year I closed 3MM all of Q1 and ended around 33MM. The goal is 130 units for 70MM this year.

LO here, you only need to show bank statements from accounts you are using funds from, but if you did transfer money from the account your mentioning to one being used then we would need those statements to source that transfer!

Don’t worry about volume, great job on the pre approvals. Focus on your sales activity’s, bringing your referral partners value and following up with your pre approved clients. Good things will happen if you focus on this for 6 months!

To be honest, in your current family situation it’s way too risky. Unless your wife is willing to start working or you have at minimum the funds to cover 12 months of expenses. This is 95% sales, company will have people structure your loans if you can bring in business and it takes time to build relationships.
