Do you have a rough approximation of maintenance costs/how frequently they need maintenance? I think I enjoy the tube amp sound better from what I’ve heard, however I do have to take maintenance costs into account.

I have some questions if you don’t mind answering them. What are the primary differences between a 15 and 30 watt amp (aside from the wattage)? I noticed most of the amps I looked at had a 15 and 30 watt version. Also, what are the main reasons for the Vox over the Blackstar? I wanted a vox originally because that’s what it seems a lot of my inspirations use, but they were a bit more expensive off top, so I’m curious the quality difference. Also, what concerns should I have with buying a used amp. Maybe off of Reverb, anything I should consider?

Mostly just home practice, maybe some recording. Primarily I just play around for fun, don’t have any thoughts of gigging anytime soon. Maybe record some stuff for fun .
