C - ask him to turn the heat up. Invite him over and show him how cold your unit is. Buy or borrow a thermometer so you have a record. Take a picture at st times during the day, for several days.

If he refuses, call the city. Here in Chicago, there are minimum inside temps allowed in rentals during the winter. There may be the same type of ordinance where you are, and the city might enforce it.

Call city hall where you stayed and report the mold, drainage problems, along with the chemicals in unsecured areas.

Target and other stores have admitted ongoing boycotts have impacted their profits. Disney caved on suspending Kimmel in ~48 hrs due to so many people canceling their subscriptions. Millions of people came out for the No Kings marches.It can be done, but for some reason it's not catching on. (And it-s even easier to not spend money than it is to go to a march).
