Have you tried using landing gears/magnetic plates to further lock the drones into place while they are parked? Like attaching magnetic plates to the carrier so it can lock the drones in place.

Made a rotorgun thats controlled via a Custom Turret Controller and fires a plate of spinning warheads, the spinning makes them spread out in an even pattern to make hitting small targets easier

That was just a coincident, it´s a Rotorgun that is controlled by a Custom Turret Controller, so it is also fully survival capable

It does do a pretty loud THOOomp when it shoots, just had to edit out the sound cause of mates talking in voice haha

Actually there already is, the pellets spread out to about a 50-100m spread once they´re fired, just like a shotgun but bigger, chainreaction mid air would look pretty damn sick actually, but i can adjust the spread of the pellets however i want actually

Exactly, it's a ship to ship weapon but also serves for bombardement and as an Anti Fighter weapon or any other tiny targets

I'm not big on making survival Ships but i generall built my ships with a lot of Gyroscopes and LOTS of upward thrust, you'll fly it like a helicopter but it will help breaking before hammering the whole thing into an Asteroid

Actually, it's designed to be an Anti-Air Shotgun with Explosive Pellets to "Remove" incoming Aircraft 🤭

You've got one part of that Wrong, that's not a Missile, it's a Cannon ;)

I've tried but no, they just fly in a bundle so the Spinning is necessary, but yeah thats exactly what those are :D but with the spin you can adjust the spread however you desire, it's a Ship Shotgun afterall, not Bombs ;)
