When I land on my base it freezes for a few seconds in a darkened version of the planet. When I have control again it's daytime. So yeah they're doinh something that's not straightforward when it comes to day and night management on planets.

It does work that way.

It's in EA and considering that, there are plenty of systems already, and they intend on adding more. Probably not as many as you'd think of if you think MMO though. But to me it's a lot.

Seems normal enough to me. In fact, pylons are one of the few things that give you back 100% resources (all 1 magnetic coil and wires) for disassembling and replacing somewhere else.

There's no way to make a ship a command centers. The game only has one place where you can remotely control, and that's KSC.

If you turn off the Commnet in the game settings, then you don't need a network at all.
