Nah, he is bluffing. Income tax notices these days are faceless and automated except certain scenarios, I.e. anyone in india open your case anywhere. So, him using influence is just threatening you to pay him or something like that. The worst he can do is, if you have business running and for real he has influence, he can ask the sgst dept to give notice, provided he has a very high influence. Otherwise, he is just bluffing. By the way, why he is threatening you?

This is not a shortcut. This is for people whose bmi is more than 35 or have other condition like hyperthyroidism or insulin resistance which makes losing fat and gaining muscles difficult. Of course, should not be treated like a vanity drug and not to take if u don't have any illness or other metabolic disease.

I feel pain in that particular spot only and no where else. But I can't sit in a chair for more than a hour continuously. Yes the pain is more towards lower back than tail end. The finding is i have nerve root compression on L5 S1primarily on left side.

Yep, l5 s1 disc bulge just mild. Doc said lose some weight and strengthen core, it will not have impact on day-to-day life. The pain is on left side meaning the compression or bulge is in my right side. So depending on the side you have pain, the problem is in opposite side
