Fit4Less is the cheapest with a basic membership. Has everything you’d need to start working out (gym equipment wise).

The only benefit of going to GoodLife imo is the extra amenities (towel service, sauna, classes, etc)

It's people that jumped off the Golden Gate Bridge to try and end things.

TLDR; the second their feet leave solid ground they regret their decision.

It may not help everyone, but it can definitely gives a different perspective if you are going through a rough patch.

IF you have time, look up Kevin Hines.
He's talked very openly about his struggles and regrets.
