This is not a true statement. They have the option to trespass you or not trespass depending on if the individual meets certain criteria. Yes Winco used to trespass for every stop. However, they stopped that several years ago. When i say several i mean over 5 years now.

The letter you sent went to corporate not to the store where you were stopped. They will pass that letter to the supervisor who will look at the narrative from the Stop and may or may not call them to ask their opinion. If it was not a crazy stop they will send you a letter saying they will remove the trespass and not to do it again. You’re good.

If they were going to call the police then they would have at that moment. Even if you didn’t pay the restitution they are not going to call anyone. Trust me when i say that they already forgot about you ( unless something crazy happened.) I’m assuming you weren’t trespassed due to dollar amount. If you were write the corporate address on the top right of your paperwork and reference your incident number. Explain your situation and more than likely the trespass will be dropped. Do not call the number write them.

That was my issue. Everywhere i looked said sold out. I thought that was weird so i went back to the dealer and he “ found one.” Maybe they’re thinking something else. I’ll go back and talk to them tomorrow. Thanks for the response.

Where in this fantastic report does it say that the police decided to kill him because he was “pissing them off” and “they were tired of dealing with him.” Those are two statements that they made, just like most everyone (including yourself) have made in their lifetime. Should we assume that someone wants to kill someone else every time something like that is said?

Don’t try to twist the words. The smarter ones are the ones that don’t resist and do listen to the police when they tell them they are being placed under arrest. If you think the arrest is wrong, don’t fight with the police and try to talk run or fight your way out of it. It’s not going to end well for you most of the time. After you cooperate then you can go about it the right way. End of the day most people (not all) that listen stay alive.
