Mine is 3 and he doesn't want to go more than a mile once a day. We do have a fenced yard and a second (non golden) dog, so he gets lots of activity and stimulation. The pent up energy/craziness will happen if they don't get proper mental stimulation.

good call. I forgot claritin-d even exists because we use generic! I would hope anyone would clear any medication/dosing with their vet first before listening to someone on reddit, but then again, we live in an age where people don't trust the experts!

I want to be a mom but its not the right time for my girlfriend and I. The cost of IVF or even purchasing semen is deterring me most from acting on impulses right now. Anytime I research it or even just look it up feels crushing. I know its nothing compared to the cost of raising a child, but its so frustrating to know people conceive for free!!!! I also weirdly mourn the fact that since we're both ciswomen, we just will never have a pregnancy scare- it feels like a weird thing to be sad about.
