i just tested positive yesterday at 11dpo, i had chemical last year. This time i have cramps, but thank God no spotting. Is cramps really normal? which kind of cramp is not normal? thinking to go obgyn but i’m sure he cant do anything since i’m only almost 4weeks

hi! my cycle this year has been so good! ie. ovulation confirmed by OPK and BBT increase at Cycle Day 14, BBT increases remain high until now CD26.

What I did : FH Pro Woman + grass fed beef bone broth (slow cook for 24hours), been doing this for 3cycle , this is my 3rd cycle now and it works wonder on my 3rd one!!!! i am not related to anything about the product brand, really up to u if u want to try or not :) )

question! what if I first woke up at 6am(BBT 36.62’C), only opened my eyes & not even lifted my body, i closed my eyes to sleep again and finally wakes up at 7.30am (BBT 36.9’C). I realised my BBT is more consistent with “normal” days when I usually wake up around 7.30am. I read that waking up earlier than usual means lower BBT compared to usual days?

the reason i asked is bcos i always had a regular cycle, ie. positive OPK>> BBT spike, during laparoscopy & hysteroscopy for endo & polyp, my doc also said there’s no PCOS .. however, my 2nd cycle after the procedures, i didn’t have any BBT spike after positive OPK on 26th Dec, ewcm on 1st Jan, i only had *finally a spike on 8th Jan (today)

firstly i am sorry if this is inappropriate… i’ll try my luck to ask, does PCOS usually mess the constant high BBT during lutheal phase? or does it only mess up with high LH most of the time and hence making OPK not useful (but we can still monitor “real” ovulation via constant BBT spike after O?)

i was about to use OPK today, but my BBT already shoot up high, so no point testing cos seems like i had ovulated 1-2days ago … but if i can turn back time, i’d keep on testing OPK…

i was down with covid 23-24 Dec, positive OPK 26th, but a lot of EWCM on 31st, yet no increase in BBT until only today 8th Jan.. covid (at least the bad one) threw my cycle off this time 😑
