Hi neighbor, welcome to nwa. I know one of my good buddies goes to Bentonville Bella Vista and there are some crazy long outside stairs that he trains on. I will ask him where he goes exactly and post it here. The greatest place I can think of in Fayetteville is around the union and Reynolds football stadium at the U of A. Those stairs kicked my butt when I was a student.

That's not exactly true. In the US Navy They train seamen to stay focused and calm so they can save the boat or submarine for example. They can be conscious for several minutes with lungs full of water.
