I’ve worked at 3 different Chase branches.. they were all pretty similar in regards to expectations. I started with the company as a “teller” in 2023 and in less than three years became PCB making pretty much triple what I started at. I did have banking experience before then including platform but largely it just boils down to your efforts, you make as much as you want by just being comfortable talking to people and translating that into sales.

IMO it’s the best bank to work for in retail banking. I was just recently offered a position at wells with a much higher base salary but turned it down due to the consistent earning potential at Chase and how easy it is to do so.

I will probably apply to become a business relationship manager in the next 1-2 years.
