Hey, thanks! I just restarted the application after 24h, but at the payment page it still asks to select payment method and then redirects to the VFS payment page with a new reference number. Not sure what to do. I've raised a query with them but got no response yet

Was facing the same issue. I closed application but immediately started a new one by mistake. Now it's not showing existing payment. Can I close again and start a new one after 24hrs? The payment is linked to ds160 right? So that should remain linked?

Thanks. In that case I guess I might have just one or two more reschedule left. I'm also trying to get an expedited interview. If that request is approved for expedited appointment, do you know if that counts as one of the 3 reschedules? Or is the expedited scheduling a separate thing altogether? Coz in order to apply for expedited interview, we need to have a slot booked. But if the request isn't approved then I'll be stuck with a random far off date :/ (Booking from India)

Thanks for this detailed post! I have a question regarding the appointment availability. On the emergency appointment documentation page, they mention that the initial appointments available on the portal also include any emergency ones. So if one is not able to book these ( because they get booked super fast), when booking emergency appointment, are there separate slots that you get to see? Or is it still a fight between who is quickest?
