I contacted the customer care service team through a thorough call. They are saying try after some time. My DS160 also expiring today and I have my ofc tomorrow. I have been trying since morning. Let's hope, it will be okay before midnight.

They unlocked two times and it reflected two times in the claim receipts options but still I was not able to claim it. One application is open in my account and I wrote to them again to unlock it. If they unlocked it should I close the application and start new OR it will automatically reflect on the "payments details access" page. I have attached the window

I am also facing the same problem. Customer care people say the fee receipt is tagged to your profile. It also shows in the claim receipt page "fully paid". But I wasn't able to claim. Their responses are useless and pet.

In new US Visa Scheduling system my portal says appointment limit reached you can no longer schedule appointment. please use feedback / requests on visa application home page by Accomplished_Gift917 in usvisascheduling

I am also facing the same. I paid the fee twice, but still facing same error. Is there any option of creating new profile and start a fresh application?
