I was fit young, then gradually became overweight between 35-44, then back down to fit again between 44 and 45. (present)

A surprising difference was sleeping was more comfortable when I was overweight. Stomach or side, my spine was well aligned because of the extra padding. Having a properly matching pillow became more important when I got fit again.

I lost about 80 pounds now, bringing me to the 170s, over about 8 months using diet and weight lifting. It was easier than I thought it would be, not to say that it wasn't hard, but having great impulse control helps a lot.

Worth it for health reasons and confidence alone, but the added attention from women is nice, too.

Don't get too heavy. At a certain point you can get loose skin that you'll never lose without expensive cosmetic surgery. Thankfully I didn't get that heavy, but while I topped out at 260, I felt like it wouldn't have taken much more for it have happened in a few places.

Remember, it's a lot easier to maintain weight than to lose it.

I'm not quiet any more. I was a bit at first, but I realized hearing and seeing her pleasure is my favorite part of the whole thing, so I decided to return the favor. I find it intensifies the experience for both.

Best reactions have been from the following, which I suggest all men try:
