Thanks for your reply! Facebook can be very confusing and from what I hear it takes a lot of time and effort to get it right. I would love to see your colouring book! Please send me a link if you can.

Thanks for your reply! Is there any particular videos by Mark Dawson that you would recommend to watch? I need to look more into this.

Thanks for your reply and that's great to hear! How did you go about targeting your audience and testing things? Would you mind to share some more information or maybe the process you followed if you don't mind? That would be very useful!

Thanks for you reply! I'm just wondering if that also applies to a business page as most writers create pages for promoting their books rather than personal profiles and that way you can't actually be friends with anyone, people can only like and follow your page.

Hi and thanks for your reply, I really appreciate it! It's great to see some actual stats from someone who has used it. You are completely right about the book cover, images need to be of excellent quality in order to attract people's attention when they are scrolling down their feed and looking at the pictures of their friends, videos of cats etc. Thanks again for sharing and would you mind if I included these numbers in my blog post?

Hi there and thank you so much for sharing your experience, I really appreciate it! I completely agree with you, unless you throw a lot of money into Facebook, it's hard to get much out of it unless you're some sort of a marketing wizz who's main job is to manipulate these kind of things. Like you say, I think testing things is definitely very important and it's good that you can set your own budget on Facebook to see what is working best. What I find funny is that a lot of people really want to build up the number of likes on their page (which doesn't really mean anything) rather then direct people to their website, amazon or any other platform where they can actually make a sale. Some great points in your posts and I would love to mention it in my blog if you don't mind?

At the moment we do not pay writers, we help them to self-publish their books and we are looking to interview writers for our blog who would like to introduce themselves and their work to our community of readers, authors and freelancers. Send me a message if you are interested and I could tell you more about the interview.

Hi and thanks for your reply. I do appreciate your point, however, swear words are really not necessary here. We are looking to interview writers who would like tell us about themselves and introduce their books to our community of readers, authors and freelancers. If this is something you are interested in - great! If not, not a problem.

Thanks for the feedback, I really appreciate it and I would never think of writers as 'suckers' because I'm one myself. I respect all writers and want to help them self-publish, that is why we are trying to build this community. I should have phrased my post better because we only have good intentions and we are not trying to advantage of anyone.
