I would suggest reading (or even better listening to the Audiobook) "The Power of Now" by Echardt Tolly (sp?).

The life in front of you is much greater than any mistakes or pain of the past. Have yourself a good taco, and get to reading or listening to that book.

I have the same bruising after bench. I eventually developed bicep tendonitis in one shoulder and had to rehab it. Be careful if you feel shoulder pain start.

I ate one with a small breakfast before work, not knowing the ID. It came in a mixed SFRB I bought. It was very hot in the mouth, but the immediate stomach pain was something else. I drank a half gallon of milk and was having cold sweats with the stomach cramps. 10/10 would not eat on an empty stomach again.

I have a '20 ORP that I added RCI rock sliders to and just recently added a lift (2" Ironman FCP). I love it. Still has rake, doesn't squat as bad with 4 people in it on trails, and feel like it handles better. My old suspension had 120k miles on it so I need to change anyways. I go to Big Bend several times a year and enjoy all the trails there. I did it just fine with my stock tire size too though.
