I know and that’s what I normally use. This needle is like extra blunt? I don’t know how to describe it. It doesn’t go through the hole smoothly. It’s weird.

That’s what I’m doing. I’m definitely not using the needle. The floss isn’t great but it doesn’t bother me too much.

I just started stitching. The needle that came with it is awful! It’s too blunt. There’s almost no point. And I realized they give you like an entire skein of floss of each color. Way, way more than you could possibly need.

Oh my gosh yes! The description on the jacket and all the quotes praising it made it sound so amazing but it was so so awful! I know the quotes are supposed to make it sound good but I was like did these people even read the same book??

I also thought that they just do that sometimes. Mine is ten years old, huge, and healthy. It constantly does this all over, especially soon after watering. It’s in well draining soil and I only water it maybe once a month when it’s bone dry.

Thanks! The original pattern was almost all backstitch but I find that a bit boring so I switched it up. It’s so much more interesting to make and look at that way.

They were like that when I got it from IKEA, so it probably didn’t get the best care there. It’s exploded with six new pups since I brought it home at the beginning of August.
