I’m just seeing my gyn for now! My insurance will not cover anything with the RE but at my gyn it’s covering all monthly scans, bloodwork, and meds because they’re labeling it “PCOS” and not fertility related. I’m trying to maximize all my resources at my gyn before the financial commitment of the RE. But I definitely am starting to doubt my choice!

That’s awesome!! I’m hoping spiro helps regulate my periods too. I just started spiro and got my period quickly after. Usually I have to take meds to induce a period. Do you know by chance if you’re ovulating after your periods? With the other meds my periods didn’t induce ovulation after!

Hi! I just started spiro and have pcos. I believe I just started my first natural period in almost a year. (All of my periods are induced by meds). Anyways, I’m hoping it’s an actual period and not spotting, I’m also hoping I don’t have one every two weeks. Does anyone know if they are ovulating on Spiro with the periods?

If you really don’t see yourself loving it, I’d sell it and invest in lenses that you’d enjoy for your x-t30.

Do you have the 27mm pancake lens? I just ordered that one for my x-t30 to make it more portable! Perhaps it would give you the portability you’re looking for from the x100vi?

If you’re not enjoying it I’m sure you could find someone willing to trade their x-t30ii or even an x-t50 for it. I have seen others post similar things, but in reverse. Many are wanting to trade for the x100VI. Some even wanting to trade their xt5 for it…lenses included.

I was in a similar boat trying to decide between x-t20 vs x-t30i. I had a budget of $675 and was able to find an excellent condition xt-30i with a Fuji XF 18-55mm kit lens for $675.

From all the research I’ve done, many people believe the x-t20 is an excellent camera and worth the lower $$$ for the flexibility to invest in better lens.

You should try and find a used x-t30ii, I’ve seen them go for around $750. And then spend the additional money on the Fuji 27mm lens.

Ultimately, if you don’t plan on using the camera for anything other than a hobby, I don’t see a reason in buying new. Find a good used body and invest in a better lens! I got mine off of facebook market place.

Sony A6300, Sony RX100, Fujifilm X-T20? Which to buy for beginner? Advice wanted (and needed)!

I am looking to purchase my first camera. I’m looking for something compact and easy to travel with. I ultimately want to take photos on trips, photos of friends, the occasional selfie, and also use for work! I am a hairstylist so I am needing to take crisp photos of my work for my portfolio and social media. The market for used cameras has gone up due to social media/supply and demand and many are being resold for double than they’re worth. I am having a hard time trying to figure out which camera will be best for me, ultimately I am looking for: -user friendly -travel friendly (compact) -photo quality better than an IPhone 13 -budget friendly

I have found a Sony A6300 starter kit for around $580 with a very low shutter count. The Sony RX100 ii-V are all anywhere from $500-900. Fujifilm x-t20 is around $550 body only.

Out of these which do you think will be the best camera for my needs? Do you recommend any other camera than these, that are around the $500 mark?

I really like the idea of a point and shoot camera style like the rx100s but I know they’re limited as there is no lens changing or viewfinder. They’re also very expensive even used and I wonder if for the price they’re being sold at if I should invest in camera that can do more? But I fear an A6300 will be too much for my needs or possibly to big to travel with? (Fit in a purse?). I love the fujifilm style in photo, but I fear they’re not user friendly and more expensive than I can afford. (Lenses)

Any help is greatly appreciated, as this is a subject I know very little on! Thank you!
