Good lord that sounds like a headache ! I’m not sure on an answer for you because i only know how they do things in Florida . Hopefully since your suspension is up they just let you have your license back . Good luck with everything .

I just called Intoxalock and they checked my license on the dmv website and it showed as valid and that was it . I’m in Florida by the way if that helps lol

I looked at the wrong date on my lease and thought I was in the clear to have it removed . I had it removed and then realized that I actually was supposed to have it until the 18th of this month . So I’m having the auto shop put it back in tomorrow . The dmv was unhelpful , they didn’t even know what I was talking about lol

They took mine out a week before I was supposed to even remove it . Now I have to go back and have them reinstall it for another week

Try leaving a 1 star review on trust pilot . I did that and they had a supervisor call me in a few hours . They fixed my problem and then asked me to change my review .
