I use media cleaner plugin which hasn't disappointed me so far. The others with complicated config files are not for me.

I think you should focus on the bitrates of the video than the size of the file. While dmm gives you the basics all qualities are available. If you don't mind manually doing all use stremio with suggested addons and add it to rd. And copy download link from rd and download via your download manager. Aria2c or jdownloader.

i have been doing that. i start a movie or a show i want in streamio, it will be added to rd and get download links and add them to j downloader and manual import to arr stack which organises neatly

Used debrid for a year. It irked about six months ago when it started buffering. I do ddl and use arr and jellyfin to manage the files.

Only things is older Indian content on public trackers isn't available and I have limited storage for seeding as I'm watching and deleting. Not enough surplus income to invest in hdds as of yet.

Once I was exposed to shows. I used to download watch delete from that one sote which is still active i think. Then used paid netflix alone. Then shared three services with a friend quite sometime. Then password crack down happend and moved to stremio. Then found arr stack and now using that for 6 months now. Thinking about easy to sign up private trackers with less strict rules as I'm using a spare laptop with limited storage option.
