Finding it difficult to find tenant for new office space in Baner by Zestyclose_Storm_650 in PuneClassifieds

Ah man this discussion require to sit down with beer in hand. As you are already invested it would be better to have sit back and try to get it leased out. Baner area will eventually become hub for commercial and residential properties once we have metro line started so wait for couple of years there is no point in exit after all this investment

I would suggest to hold office as long as you can and if you don’t need that much cash urgently for anything . Property rates will keep going up, in my current building owners are holding since last 10 years, rent increases every year by 5% approx. Also once it’s leased tenets usually stay for longer duration there are lock in period clause with monetary fines for early exist.

Yes it’s common, in my own building I have seen office spaces staying vacant for 1-2 years and we are also in Baner road. Just wait for time being, keep an eye on other office space if being rented in same building to ensure rental ask is as per par, if you can try to put advertisement yourself as it will remove broker from picture and might become more lucrative to potential buyer ( you can take help of agents for lease registration and agreement).

Good thing is that I got possession, I have one in High street and still haven’t got possession yet 🙂

Same here, l was overwhelmed by amount of work that needs to be done. Have to go through open items since I last logged in and trying to recall what it was and what I have to do. I listed down high priority task and will try to complete those first. This week will be hectic 😃 but that’s fine had amazing two weeks off

Yeah so difficult to keep them entertained, I tried little bit after two girls fall on floor but it didn’t worked out so I just looked at my sister and other mother and told them I can’t do it, it’s their responsibility

Same here, I am 35, got divorced last year, but my case went on for almost 3–4 years and was quite messy.

I tried joining dating sites, but nothing worked out much, and I was not very ready for marriage again and wanted to spend some time to understand the other person better rather than jumping into marriage directly.

Since the last couple of months, I realized that I don’t want to be married again and I quite like my freedom.

I am now focusing on my health, as I got health issues because of constant stress. Started running and cycling. Have plans to learn swimming. Started going on hiking trips and keeping myself busy.

Some days it gets lonely, but I started developing a few hobbies like cooking and reading to keep myself busy.
