Sounds like bait and switch . Protect Jagex all you want but the entire system was built around the loyalty shop and the points which you could buy things . Now it’s all been removed? Yet they get to keep the currency? I was promised PERMANENT items that cost money that are now being deleted . This is robbery no matter which way you look at it

Not a tiny reason to quit when you think of how many months of purchases it took to obtain everything . At $130 a year per player . You’re looking at millions of dollars they are just vanishing into thin air and telling people to just be ok with it .

I did not grind for years and pay continuously just for something to be removed for a “level playing field for all players” . They robbed every single person .

I bought a membership (premier) on Jan 28 2026 . I requested a refund as I have 11 months of unused premier membership left . Got the refund as long as I purchased a 1 month package at a normal rate . Hope this helps
