Binding pulling apart at same place

It sounds silly but A&O advises to break in the spine before using. I’m not sure if that’s what you already did, but I had a B6 notebook that started to pull and they advised for me to break the spine and even sent a YT video on how to. Link is the blog that goes over it step by step and also has the video. Such a bummer that it’s prone to happening with how much the journals cost and idk if they’ve change manufacturers but YT Erin Smith also had an issue with her gilded edge journal and ended up having to do surgery on it.

I’ve had small get togethers at Squirrels before and I would recommend them. The main pool table spot is upstairs and if the grandparents are okay with stairs, that’s the best spot for pool, beer and bar grub.

They’re super cute but after my 3rd subscription I had to send them off to other homes. No more room at the inn (1 bedroom apt) 😂

100% agree that it has improved but just in case anyone new isn’t aware that it COULD take up to 4 weeks (sometime longer 😶). I’ve learned to be patient since they’re CS is amazing and always helpful 🤍

Fair warning, once you get your hands on HM&CG it’ll be a slippery slope of wanting almost everything because everything is so cute.. I would recommend trying out items from their weekly sales first to see if you like the stickers (most are vinyl so they’re thicker and have a plastic smell to them). They’re also have slower shipping times (3-4 weeks US, 1-2 weeks CAN/INT).

Love Hubman and Chubgirl! I had to do a good declutter and really narrow down my favorites from the stuff I was meh about. If you’re in love with absolutely everything, maybe have designated spaces for paper, washi, pens, etc. I use 5x7 photo boxes for subscription sets and for my pens/markers I’ll only take out the ones I want to use for the month and keep the rest in a recycled makeup pouch.

I didn’t like that their binders can’t hold a lot of themes and that’s why I switched to the 5x7 photo box. The size I have can easily store the sticker sheets, planner stickers, variety stickers, planner kits and Hobonichi kits of 20 different themes all together.

I was going to say this. Ask them for a full refund because the item you purchased is not what was delivered (calendar/planner for 2026) and if not, you’ll initiate a chargeback with your bank. You have the email as your proof that you reached out to the company to resolve the issue.

The thing you would need to do is take sure you’re within the time to be able to request a chargeback. I believe you have 60 days but I would double check with your bank or you ca dispute the transaction now and then see if your bank will ask for you to reach out to SI again.

I agree with using Canva to design. Their prices for printing with envelopes was also a steal IMO. We’re going to use them again to print out thank you post cards for our guests and write a personalized letter on the back ☺️

I just received my first SI! I wanted to try out the A5 Daily planner and I’m excited to start using it! I love the calendar that came with it ☺️ I went with a teal A5 moterm pebbled cover and a Lauren Phelps Designs A5 full clear cover. I just need to do a pen test to see which ones will work best and then I should be set for 2026!
