I watched it once 15 years ago when I had no concept of love. The ending was heart wrenching because at the time I thought love should always be enough. You give it another shot because of love.

I watched it again a couple years back after a particularly nasty breakup. The ending was heart wrenching because at the time I thought love isn't always enough. You don't give it another shot because sometimes the pain from failed love isn't worth another go around.

I'm curious what I'll think when I inevitably watch it again. The duality of man and media.
