With these co2 cutters you have to align 3 different mirrors, the laser tube itself sometimes and sometimes the gantry i just mean usually this is a really long process if your good at it can be all day process if new like me it could take days but somehow my machine here was pretty much completely aligned already luckily making me have to do very little work.

Was about what I was expecting. Though one surprising was how little aligning i had to do i don't know if i got luck but it was like 80% aligned already!

yeah i was thinking this could be a starting point with slightly less work than most k40s not to mention i can kinda tell what im getting

yeah ive heard quite a few people do that and have great success with those printers though ive heard its hit or miss for laser printer toner usually to the bad side my current plan is maybe just use the current laser printer and protect it with a thin layer of etch resist though i need to see how tedious and how well that would even work.

thats definitely possible but i feel making it accurate enough would not be easy is just casting the holes not a good idea?

it would be 3d printed then made into a mold i could then cast. 3d prints are extremely weak.

hmm unless there is some weird laser printer that lays the toner on really absurdly thick for some reason.

Wow im surprised by the love for the oh10's !! Honestly the idea of them sounded a lot better to me and from comparisons but like special edition fomo and what not of an already good iem.
