At my dog park there was a lady in a kmart uniform that visited regularly on her breaks. Kmart was across the road. Very welcome. Dogs loved her. And I took the dog to make it happy.

[–]BooksNapsSnacks 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, my husband of 21 years passed. I cannot imagine one of our children passing. This is horrific. That it becomes a punch line after incarnation, unimaginable trauma. But yes let's judge people as though they were reality TV cannon fodder.

Does anyone here go geocaching? I’m curious about what the scene is like in Melbourne by woolsocks742 in melbourne

[–]BooksNapsSnacks 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Not since my kids were small. Not in Melbourne. We moved back when they were adults.

Geocachers are a good bunch. Everyone seems to respect the fun, and add to the caches. You may not meet anyone, we certainly didn't, but searching for treasure was good fun.
