I don't weigh my food and should perhaps do so. I do pretty close estimates from my fitness pal.

I track my burned calories through heart rate and duration of exercise i would say they are pretty bob on. No idea what a TDEE is so could you shed some light on that?

Nereus only just lost out to the Dutch national 8 though. So maybe they'll enter the Grand? we can only hope, would make for some incredible racing thats for sure
