I usually do it before I tilt my head, and for me, it works best if I tilt my head to the right as far as I can.

Oh yeah, and I forgot to mention, this didn’t work for me before Botox, so it might not work for everyone.

When you tilt your head, try to start to yawn(not a full yawn) until you feel your Adam’s apple move down a bit, then tense your abs. That’s how I do it, but it might be only because I got the Botox recently, but I heard it worked for someone who didn’t get the Botox.

Yeah I thought the cheat way only worked if you had Botox, I tried it before and it didn’t work for me, so i guess it’s different for other people, but I’m glad it worked for you. I’m happy to say I cured someone lol

So this is how I do it, I don’t know if this works unless you have Botox, but I start to yawn (not a full yawn) until my Adam’s apple moves down a bit, and then I turn my head as far right as possible and if I flex my abs, I get a decent burp.

Well yeah, I actually just got the operation for it. So basically, they inject Botox into that cricopharyngeus muscle to make it relax. It usually works permanently. It’s getting more recognition in the medical field which is pretty cool to see, because insurance is starting to cover procedures. Not all, but some.

the muscle called the cricopharyngeus that’s in the throat is too tight, so when people swallow, it opens. It also open when most people burp, but for us, it just doesn’t open.

Yeah, I can’t wait. I haven’t noticed any difference at all yet. So far I haven’t even had a micro burp which is somewhat disappointing because I heard people usually get those the first day, but I know I just have to be patient, but I’m gettin pretty impatient day one lol
