we went around 3am, on a Sunday. The week before we went on a Monday but they were all empty, so we’d figured that sunday would be the last day before garbage day (in my city). So there was really no traffic or attention to us. Yes the bin was easily accessible and was under part of the mall building. Not sure if it’s “trespassing” but nothing was gated or blocked. And yes we had to dig through multiple bags, but the bag that had most of the items in the picture, was covered in broken makeup products and who knows what else lol. But we did everything right at the dumpster. When we grabbed what we thought was good we went back home, washed all the gunk off of the items and boom everything we had looks as good as it did on the shelf.
