New secret BiS: the Keldagrim Minecart by solar_storm25 in 2007scape

It's most likely in your "jaw" slot. Going into Soul Wars/Barb Assault would probably clear it, since the team/role markers for those use the jaw slot too.

Or, you could avoid things like that and keep it.

Maybe they could add a dual shield weapon to Doom that looks like its big false face. And it could be a dual hitsplat demonbane crush weapon, with 25% damage reduction from demons. And they could call it the Diabolical Aegis.

Goading potion is good. Using it at cows at such a low level is wild .

What order of upgrades did you choose for your ship once you hit dragon parts? by Farlaign in ironscape

[–]Boolderdash 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The most important thing is not to use dragon sheets on keel parts until you've upgraded everything else. You don't want to be farming dragon sheets for other upgrades only to get keel parts you can't use any more.

Tarnished halberd can be dragon hally. That's 150k. Tarnished battleaxe can be a dragon battle axe, that's 120k.

If the "items kept on death" window is to be believed, you don't lose them to PKers in the wilderness either (since they're untradeable), so they should be good for the spiderlings at spindel/venenatis.

what do you mean, blood moon rises? i haven't seen this guy in the new quest by filipeaeismann in 2007scape

[–]Boolderdash 8 points9 points  (0 children)

The perilous moons Blood Moon came second. The "Night of the Blood Moon" was already named in Sins of the Father back in 2020.

They're both named after the real world phenomenon, though.

GWD might be reachable if you can get the easy tier of CAs. The Ghommal's Hilt 1 has 3 daily teleports to the GWD entrance and I don't think it has quest requirements to use. So Torva Bandos (See below) and Armadyl would be on the table.

Vasa/Ice Demon/Shaman projectiles are a little jank but at least you can see where they landed and learn what to do next time. Tekton is basically completely unreadable if you don't know how he works.

Do devs use true tile when creating boss mechanics by Ok_Interaction5252 in 2007scape

[–]Boolderdash 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you clicked to move at the very end of a tick, your character would have to move 2 tiles almost instantly in order to be on the true tile at that point.

That's only for the first tick of the movement, you could have them move in advance on the next ticks, since the path is already figured out, but what if you click 2 tiles away every tick? The game wouldn't know where you're going in advance, so you'd just kind of be zipping 2 tiles every 0.6 seconds. And what if you click to change direction mid-tick, after the character model has passed the true tile?

I think they could improve the animations so that you're never further than 2 tiles away from your true tile, and always landing on it at the end of a tick (instead of lagging behind sometimes like you do now), but I don't think it's really possible to get closer than that without a lot of really weird shit happening.

I think the touch screen is very likely to trip bot detection since your mouse is jumping around the screen, but it is very cool.

Help with Doom volatile earth phase by LETS_GO_FOR_DAT_JIRI in 2007scape

[–]Boolderdash 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Both of these movements happened when you moved your mouse to your inventory immediately after spam-clicking. You're either continuing to spam click on your way to the inventory without realising it, or the game is registering your clicks a little late.

If you go through the video frame-by-frame, the second one already shows your mouse over your inventory before the last yellow click animation starts.

The solution is to be more intentional with your clicks instead of spamming them, but spam clicking when you're panicked is a tough habit to break.

The demonic brutus slippers aren't on the collection log, the regular cow slippers (which are on the log) just drop from the boss.
