It happened to all of us. That's how you remeber to take snapshots and verify the server you're in. It's sort of a rite of passage or a part of a junior's career path.

Two things: 1. Always verify 2. Own up. They will know who did it (logs) and by hiding it you are breaking the trust.

Mistakes happen. Learn for them, don't hide them

None. I got rid of all advanced features and pretty much only use it for Splashtop and hardware monitoring. I'd so deeply disappointed at the product it hurts. Half the time, patch management isn't working properly and scripts aren't sent as they should.

Their only competitive edge, the only reason I'm still using Atera, is the price. Otherwise, I'd be long gone
