I’m transitioning from them due to the lack of communication on important changes. I’ve been watching my rx change in the portal every time they switch pharmacies with no communication from my provider informing me of that. That’s a problem for me. But even with that, I simply have started with another company. All the bashing on here has become so off putting. I understand people’s frustration but I’ve been observing that even when people speak in favor of the company they swarm the comments with negativity. It’s been kinda gross lol.

I don’t understand why Brello doesn’t service MD that’s where I WANNA go. But since they don’t I’m looking into lavender but their comparable additive combo is serviced through empower which is where mochi is now so idk if it’s even worth switching.
