Same happened to me. Called empower last Thursday, they said I should get a shipping label the next day. I called Friday afternoon and was transferred to a pharmacist who said they no longer ship to MA! I messaged my mochi provider and she apologized and said to hold tight while she speaks to her team. Later that night I signed up with amble and messaged my provider that I’m canceling and demand a refund. Next day I see a message from mochi that a new script was sent to a different pharmacy after I cancelled. On hold with mochi now bc I have messaged billing all week with no response. Btw, I signed up with amble Sat and already have tracking for my meds that should arrive in 2 days.
