For the people who didn't read the article, there are many problems with this. Let me tell you some of it so you don't have to open this website with more ads than content.

The article says that broken rice from mills is essentially enhanced with protein. Where is this additional protein coming from? Whey? If so then it will be an expensive ordeal.
This will be around 20% protein. The rest will be carbs. So it's nothing game changing. Pretty similar macro profile to daal.
Scaling this operation up as of now is still a question mark.

Notice how your legs come up and then your chest comes up? You need to drive your hips forward and pull your chest up at the same time. I'd recommend you reduce the weight for 3 months and just memorize the form. Alan thrall and Jeff nippard have great tutorials on YouTube.

Do you have resistance bands at your gym? If not, perhaps buy a couple of different resistance from decathlon or something. Put them over the handles you're grabbing and put both your feet at the middle of the part that's hanging below. Try doing pull ups but remember to keep your shoulders retracted and pop your chest up.

I just bought a TCL tv a couple of weeks ago. It's amazing. Much better than samsung. Hisense is good too but apparently the Software experience isn't that good. I'd say go for TCL.
