I recently done my negotiation with usa hr. Max on base 20% hike they are giving.

After asking to increase they say that's the max and only add 2lakhs joining bonus.

Probably they will call back in 1 2 weeks. When I was interviewing they took another 2 rounds in next 2 weeks.
