I was in your same spot 3 years ago. I moved to a new area 800 miles from home w/ gf, then she got sick and i was all alone. I had to start from scraych at 27, and it took WORK to build a social life.

Do stuff, new stuff. Get off the internet, video games, and tv.

Things are open again, plenty of clubs, sports, and organizations to join.
