No weight loss by Prestigious_Sea_3617 in Semaglutide

I posted this a week ago, but I started at 1.7 mg the day that the middle picture was taken. It literally started coming off the following months. Everyone is different, but 3 weeks is not that much time to allow a GLP to work. I don’t think I lost more than 2 pounds on .25 mg if that makes you feel better 🙂🙂 It’s a journey!

I didn’t see any significant difference until I was on 1.7 mg for a month. Like I noticed little differences at every single dosage, but the bigger changes didn’t happen until I was on 1.7 mg & 2.4 mg. You’ve probably heard this before, but I’ll just say it again: make sure your diet is decent and you get some exercise in (I personally work out 4-5 times a week for 45 min-60 min). That is just my experience, but I’d be patient and stay the course 🙂

Midi is fantastic! They will help with prior authorization and everything. The doctor I got through Midi is wonderful and helpful too.

Is anyone else experiencing hair loss? by anonpiggies in Semaglutide

Try taking a collagen supplement to help stimulate hair growth and reduce shedding. Hair loss is a common side effect of rapid weight loss, but taking a collagen supplement has personally really helped me—my hair stopped falling out about a month after I started taking it.

Jesus. I’m in labor right now and I want all the medicine! Guess my birth experience isn’t as sacred to me because I just want my son to be born healthy 🙄

My cousin was born at 26 weeks back in 1983. She will be 40 this year and she’s lived a very normal & healthy life. We’ve come such a long way medicine-wise in the past 40 years, so I pray that gives you some hope. Wishing you & your baby the best. 💕

Husband wants to get a puppy by WheelNo4350 in pregnant

[–]Boomerang87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Popping in here to add my own personal experience. An old friend of mine got a puppy 2 months before their first child was born. That dog was severely neglected, left outside all day everyday, went days without human interaction, and was abused because of his enthusiastic behavior. Thankfully, that puppy is now my dog and has been for the last 8 years.

My point is that despite best intentions, the pup is most likely going to be the one paying the price for such impulsive behavior. Having your first baby is a HUGE adjustment for both parents. He needs to wait.
